Our Carer is not just ordinary carer, we train them individually so that they can meet the requirements of their clients. At the same time, we guide them so that they can assist participants flexibly while following the Code of Conduct at all times. Additionally, as carers, we focus on developing a professional relationship with our clients. This helps the participants to communicate their problems seamlessly with us. Besides, our carers are polite and encourage empowering behaviour. Additionally, our caregivers coordinate with the participants and their family members to provide comprehensive support. Our management team work hard to put our value in practice. This distinguished our support worker at Carer Mates.

How we deliver services that help achieve goals?
We develop an internal goal plan tailored to the participant’s requirements. This plan is a roadmap towards assistance with achieving their goals. Additionally, we implement the plan so that participants can learn how to accomplish tasks stepwise. However, we make sure that they can achieve their goals without facing pressure. We update and modify the goal plans based on the feedback that we get from our clients or their guardians and their carers because they can understand the progress better. In addition, we actively collaborate and communicate with support coordinators/plan managers while assisting our clients.

Why do we do it?
We want to make the lives of the individuals with disabilities better. Besides, we wish a happy and normal life for them since this is a fundamental right for all humans.

Getting the most out of your NDIS plan requires planning and making sure that you have entered all of your needs so that you can access supports over the period of your plan. Consider the things that will make a difference to achieve your goals, such as reaching out to relevant community supports, managing expenses or activating services throughout the year. Also try to think about what providers could work best for you in providing services and cost-effectively meeting your needs. Be aware of when costs and funding limits apply in order for them to be factored into any planning decision - and make sure to review every aspect so there are no hidden surprises when claiming! We at Carer Mates value each person's distinctive route toward realising their NDIS plan. Because of this, we go above and beyond to make sure that people's programmes are effective for them.
