Now Hiring: Support Workers (Alice springs, NT)
Carer Mates Community Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
As a Support Worker, you will:
Assist individuals with daily living activities
Encourage independence and community participation
Provide emotional, physical, and social support
Work closely with families and other professionals
Respect cultural diversity, especially within First Nations communities
What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for helping others
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR Certification
Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
